Ghent is a vibrant university city in Flanders, Belgium, known for its welcoming atmosphere, rich history, and lively cultural scene. Its compact size, friendly spirit, and mix of innovation and tradition make it an ideal setting for this year’s Young Scientist Symposium.
From Brussels-Zaventem airport, Ghent can be reached directly by train in about one hour. From France, the Netherlands, Germany, or even the UK, the city is easily accessible by train or car. The NH Gent Belfort Hotel, located in the heart of the city next to the Town Hall and the Cathedral, will host the meeting and accommodation.
When registering for the meeting (tab Registration), you can include your hotel booking at NH Belfort (depending on your travel schedule, 2, 3 or 4 nights).
If you prefer to arrange your own accommodation elsewhere in Ghent, please register for the meeting only.
You can register for the meeting using different options:
Meeting Only = 470 €.
If you use this option, you need to make your own hotel reservation. EBF suggests staying at the meeting hotel.
