The agenda is not final. We still have a few open slots. If you have an abstract fitting the session, please submit using the abstract submission form which we left active on the tab.
Also, abstract submission for a poster is still open until April 15th.
Finally, when booking your travel, don’t forget to be on time for the EBF University which starts at 11:15 on the Wednesday. The registration for this training session is included in the registration of the symposium.

A call for Patrons will shared with the EBF member companies. Patronage is restricted to EBF members.
The meeting will be organised in Hasselt, a small vibrant (university) town located in Flanders, Belgium. From Brussels-Zaventem airport, there is a direct train connection. From mid/south-Germany, France, the Netherlands or even Switzerland Hasselt is also easily accessible by train or car.
When registering for the meeting (tab Registration), you can include your hotel (depending on your travel schedule, 2, 3 or 4 nights).
If you want to make your own reservation at the Radisson or prefer another hotel, you should register for the meeting only.

- Meeting Only (14-16May 2025) = Entrance to the meeting, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner: 455 €.

- Meeting + 3 nights (check-in 13May, checkout 16May) = 890 Euro
- Meeting + 4 nights (check-in 13May, checkout 17May) = 1035 Euro
The EBF university is complementary – no separate registration for the EBF University possible. It is an integral part of the 11th YSS package.
In all registrations we include a complementary conference dinner on the evening of 15th of May.
The meeting fee (455 Euro) is waived for academic podium presenters and for one registration for a 11th YSS Patron young scientist.
