INTRODUCTION & AIM OF THE WORKSHOP
Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) continue to expand across therapeutic areas, driving rapid scientific and operational evolution in bioanalysis. Their hybrid nature, combining biologics, small molecules, linkers and payloads, creates unique analytical challenges: defining relevant analytes, selecting fit-for-purpose platforms, understanding DAR distribution, managing pre-analytical instability, and translating exposure to pharmacological meaning.
In parallel, regulatory expectations remain heterogeneous across regions, and there is no harmonised scientific framework for how PK, payload, conjugated antibody, metabolites and immunogenicity should be addressed in early development.
This FW will bring the community together to discuss current best practices, scientific uncertainties and opportunities for alignment. Through case studies, interactive discussions and forward-looking debate, participants will explore how to build robust and meaningful ADC BioA strategies that support decision-making in both nonclinical and clinical development.
You can find the agenda here.
- We invite abstracts for presentations that align with the workshop’s key themes:
- What to measure and why?
- How to measure or not?
- How to interprete?
- And the regulations?
